ViaDirect equips 39 wayfinding kiosks at San Juan De Dios Hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica !
National and historic hospital San Juan de Dios in Costa Rica’s capital San Jose now benefits from 39 wayfinding and information touch screens to guide its visitors and patients.
En activité depuis 1845 dans la capitale San José, San Juan de Dios is Costa Rica and Central America’s biggest hospital center.
Bâti sur un ensemble de petites collines, l’hôpital est constitué d’un réseau de 36 bâtiments pouvant aller jusqu’à 7 étages et tous reliés les uns avec les autres.
Today specialized in surgery and, among other fields, in the teaching of several medical disciplines, San Juan de Dios played a pivot role in the history of the country, notably during the slavery wars of the XIXth century, and during a tragic train disaster in 1926.
Nowadays on top of cutting-edge technology, the hospital offers to its visitors 39 interactive d’orientation et d’orientation spots spread in key alleys and waiting rooms among the 36 maze-like hospital buildings.
L’ensemble de l’installation réalisée en partenariat avec le groupe PBS group partnership includes eight 55’’ Lémurien standing ., signed by ViaDirect and manufactured in Mexique, and 31 wall touch screens.
Every screen works with Logiciel d’orientation ViaDirect dedicated to hospitals, including search by line of activity, emergency services, hospital rooms… as well as information like opening hours and real-time news of the hospital.
