VIADIRECT DIGITIZES 23 MALLS IMMOCHAN IN 2016

Immochan, the property management company of the Auchan Group for their shopping centers, has been digitizing its properties since 2013 and has already entrusted 21 malls to ViaDirect in France, Romania, et Chine.
In 2016, ViaDirect installs hundreds of screens, kiosks, and connected services to offer a useful and entertaining experience for the visitors of 23 other malls Immochan:
- 24 interactive children playgrounds with 2 15’’ multi-touch screens with a wide range of classic games and 22 huts with 46’’ screens for cartoon broadcasting
- 15 Gaming Wall consist of 2 7’’ multi-touch screens to play alone or in a 1 vs 1 mode on a big 46’’ screen facing the players
- 12 32’’ portrait totems displaying the mall’s events. ViaDirect created a local back-office managed by malls, Immochan has also a national back office for national events.
- 10 relaxation areas consisting of a 40’’ screen broadcasting a series of smoothing pictures
- 32 kiosks with filtered internet access and statistic use of the software and with the ‘Pyro Jump’ game, inspired by the successful smartphone game
- 13 32’’ portrait totem offering the classified ads. The application allows visitors to submit their offer directly to the kiosk or through a dedicated website, accessible on mobile. Once validated, the classified ads are moderated and published.

ViaDirect has produced the furniture, integrated hardware, developed the software programs for all these devices, and manages the maintenance of the entire system. The Parisian technical department manages dozens of partners in France and Europe for intervention on the clients’ sites. We detect incidents in 2 hours and we solve most of them in one day.
