Once again, the Pulso Inmobiliario property chooses ViaDirect to equip its second mall, Encuentro Fortuna, with its solution
After having equipped the shopping center Manacar, ViaDirect was chosen by Pulso Inmobiliario property to equip its new shopping mall: Encuentro Fortuna.
This centre commercial is located in the delegation of Gustavo A. Madero and opened in 2017. It contributes to making the Lindavista neighborhood, the most important neighborhood in the north of the city. It is the first ‘lifestyle’ center of 47,755 square meters in the area, offering a choice of a variety of luxury and boutique stores, including, a large supermarket, serving as an inking point and also The Home Depot, Cinepolis and Chedraui.
In addition, Encuentro Fortuna has a very innovative design, with a hyper-futuristic look, allowing it to attract customers and fans of must-see places.
ViaDirect has installed 4 kiosks, model Marina, 32”, containing a furniture and its orientation software.
The kiosk’s software features includes :
- A multi-level 3D touch map (over 5 floors) guiding people to destinations in real time
- Search shops alphabetically and by the category
- Search for restaurants/fast food, services and entertainment in the center

- PMR itinerary
