ViaDirect equips the Carrefour Hérouville’s mall
Carmila, the property management of Carrefour shopping malls in Europe, has selected once again ViaDirect to digitize Carrefour Hérouville mall in the North of France.
After installing its 3D wayfinding solution in Chambourcy, Grand Var, Montesson, Bay 2, Bab 2, Labège 2 and Nice Lingostière malls, ViaDirect installs 3 kiosks in Carrefour Hérouville to improve the efficiency of customer relations.
Maintenance:
The benefits retained by Carmila also rely on ViaDirect expertise in maintenance: guarantee of incident management in H+2 and resolution at D+1 of most incidents thanks to real-time monitoring of equipment status.
