CANADA: AFTER OPENING ITS REGIONAL OFFICE, VIADIRECT EQUIPS THE MALL COMPLEXE DESJARDINS IN MONTREAL.

ViaDirect, expert on 3D wayfinding and interactive information solutions, has been internationalizing its activity since 2014 opening up offices in Taiwan, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Dubai, Warsaw, United States, and Canada.
Complexe Desjardins, Montreal’s largest multifunctional building, owned by Mouvement Desjardins and its affiliated caisses, has chosen ViaDirect to guide and inform the mall visitors.
This first Quebec installation, done in Complexe Desjardins in collaboration with our local partner SGM, further strengthens the international presence of ViaDirect which already has projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
The performances chosen by Complexe Desjardins are based on ViaDirect’s expertise in terms of maintenance and statistical analysis of behavioral data.
The 5 multitouch directories welcome the interactive ViaDirect software adapted to the Complexe Desjardins mall’s needs. In the French and English language, the features of the app are:
- Real-time wayfinding in the 3D environment to guide visitors in real-time
- Search stores, restaurants, and services by alphabetical order and topic
- Display of events and news (the data comes from Web Services)
- Users survey including 10 questions about customers (personal data) and their relationship with the shopping mall. Information is saved and managed from the back-office; can be extracted in CSV
- Search function on the app: predictive results based on users’ input among stores, restaurants, and services
