Close to Milan, ViaDirect has equipped the Corte Lombarda shopping mall in Italy
Located in Lombardy, more precisely in the town of Bellinzago Lombardo, the shopping center is the main place of interest for the 3800 inhabitants of the town of Corte Lombarda but also for the 3.3 million people of Milan in the surrounding area.
Founded in 2006 and owned by the Savills / Larry Smith Italia Real Estate company since 2015, Corte Lombarda currently has a surface area of 80,000 sqm, with a mix of approximately 140 retail and restaurant shops on two floors. The shopping centre also has a third floor focused on entertainment with a 10-screen multiplex cinema, a fitness centre, a bowling alley and a video arcade.
In addition, the shopping centre is accessible by car and has a 75,000m2 car park to accommodate its visitors.
In order to better guide its visitors on site, Corte Lombarda is now also equipped with two interactive kiosks, placed on the 1st and 3rd floors. The project was realised with our local partner PTA Group..
