2 OUTDOOR MULTI TOUCH KIOSKS WITH LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR THE "CARRÉ DE SOIE" SHOPPING MALL

ViaDirect equips Carré de Soie center
The “Carré de Soie” shopping mall from Lyon decided to choose ViaDirect to inform its loyal customers.
ViaDirect has equipped the “Carré de Soie” shopping mall (Altarea Cogedim Group) with 2 outdoor multitouch kiosks that can operate regardless of weather conditions. Dynamic screens have benefited from a loyalty program developed by ViaDirect for the “Altarea Cogedim” commercial ground rent.
MOBILIER :
Equipped with “outdoor” multitouch screens 46”, kiosks offer users the option to create their loyalty account, manage the evolution of their status and find deals offered by their favorite stores.
Already installed at Boulevard Haussmann in Paris et in 19 hospitals of Paris area, these watertight kiosks (IP65) include a heating system, air conditioning, and ventilation and also have a barcode reader, an NFC player, and loyalty cards’ distributor.
Our teams manage the outsourcing service and the facility maintenance.
LOGICIEL :
ViaDirect exploited the capabilities of interactive “player” on its application platform. The solution is developed to measure for the “Altarea Cogedim” shopping malls and takes advantage of its abilities of versions distribution, supervision, local storage, and rendering with abundant contents including HTML 5.
The enrolment application to the loyalty program has been developed in connection with the business platform of Altarea Cogedim group/Rue du Commerce/Maximiles-Bilendi.
ViaDirect teams have particularly worked on the ergonomics aspect of displays in order to maximize the conversion rate of the sales channel whether for vertical outdoor screens 46’’ or horizontal indoor screens.
