Carmila<\/b><\/a>, Property Management company, specialized in shopping malls close to a Carrefour hypermarket in Europe, continues the process of digitalization of its properties.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Carrefour Nice Lingosti\u00e8re shopping center, located on Boulevard du Mercantour, has more than 100 stores, including the Carrefour hypermarket. It also offers many other services to be as useful as possible to its customers. You can find spaces related to travel, banking, entertainment, flower stores as well as restaurant spaces or a pharmacy and photo booths.<\/p>\n

In order to be the most suitable to receive its customers, Carrefour Nice Lingosti\u00e8re has optimized its kiosks so that they best meet the different needs.<\/p>\n

After successful ViaDirect installations in a few malls (<\/span>Chambourcy<\/b><\/a>, Grand Var,<\/span> Montesson<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Bay 2<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Bab 2<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Lab\u00e8ge 2<\/b><\/a>), ViaDirect upgraded the existing installation at the mall Carrefour Nice Lingosti\u00e8re installed years ago with two new kiosks \u201cGazelle\u201d and the new version of its software: the V4.<\/span><\/p>\n

MAINTENANCE :<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The benefits retained by Carmila also rely on the expertise of ViaDirect about maintenance: guarantee of incident management to H+2 and the resolution at J+1 of most incidents thanks to real-time monitoring of the state of all equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Viadirect optimized its software and worked on it so that it would represent the entire shopping mall, using colors and a unique organization. Some features have also been implemented or improved, forming the new version of the wayfinding software.<\/p>\n
