ViaDirect's mobile wayfinding platform now avaible at Gallerian, for the 1st time !
El Gallerian shopping center of the AMF Fastigheter Real Estate company has been a loyal ViaDirect customer since October 2019. After installing our 4 wayfinding kiosks in this mall in the heart of Stockholm, they are the first to offer their customers ViaDirect’s new wayfinding solution on mobile.
Using the 5 QR Codes located around the mall (available on the kiosks’ screensaver and on posters), customers can now access the mall’s map, shops, restaurants and services as well as personalized routes according to their position.
Behind this platform, there is no geolocation technology. The platform automatically detects the user’s position based on the QR Code that has been scanned.
This is not an application but a web page : there is nothing to download and it is very fast to load !
This platform reinforces the complete Software de orientación offer that Gallerian offers to its clients thanks to ViaDirect. In the centro comercial, the customers choose between the . or their mobile to orientate themselves, but they can also prepare their visit beforehand using the mall’s map available on Gallerian’s website.
