Carmila chooses ViaDirect
The “Bab 2” shopping center is equipped with the ViaDirect multitouch map to guide and inform visitors through stores and mall services.
Managed by Carmila, a new company responsive for the operations of more than 184 shopping malls adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets in Europe, “Bab 2” is the 5th Carrefour mall to choose the ViaDirect multitouch solution after “Carrefour Chambourcy”, “Grand Var”, “Montesson” and “Labège 2”.
In addition to “Bab 2”, ViaDirect has installed this month its leading wayfinding and information solution in the “Labège 2” and “Bay 2” shopping malls. Those are 3 Unibail malls sold to Carmila.
KIOSKS:
Existing kiosks were kept while the previous software was replaced by ViaDirect.
SOFTWARE:
The multitouch wayfinding kiosks are equipped with the ViaDirect Mall intuitive software (hundreds of destinations):
- Real-time wayfinding in a 3D environment
- Search stores by name and topics
- Mall services
- Display of offers (the date comes from Web Services)
- Promotions for the holders of the loyalty shopping card
- Aparcamientos y transportes
- Sending route via text messages with a new ViaDirect graphic design and managed by a back-office
