ViaDirect supplies Plaza 66's Shanghai mall and office with 19 interactive signage kiosks.
At the beginning of 2015, ViaDirect did its first installation in Ningbo equipping the shopping center Sun Art Plaza with interactive devices; a few months later, it was followed by setting up multitouch e-directories in Ufun Shanghai e Vanke Qibao Shanghai malls.
In collaboration with its Chinese partner AVT, ViaDirect has completed a new major installation in China equipping office towers and the mall of the venue Plaza 66. This installation strengthens the international development of ViaDirect, which is represented in 30 countries.
Plaza 66 has selected a range of features and connected services to guide and inform visitors through 130 stores and 185 companies:
Access to Office Tower 1 and Office Tower 2 :
- Search companies by name or input (predictive results and pinyin system)
- Search car parks by name and by entering visitor’s license plate number
- 3D orientation in real-time to the desired destination with the indication of the concerned tower, floor, and elevator
- Sending route to mobile via QR code scan
- Events, Transportation
Access to shopping center :
- Search stores by name, category, and floor
- Search car parks by name and by entering visitor’s license plate number
- Real-time 3D orientation to the desired destination
- Sending the route to mobile via QR code scan

In order to ensure exemplary availability of interactive wayfinding . on the territory and access to administrative and statistical interfaces, ViaDirect has had a hosting platform in China since 2016. The Plaza 66 application is hosted on this new local infrastructure.
Maintenance :
ViaDirect also provides expertise on the quality of software mantenimiento. Our field of intervention covers e información installations, incident analysis, and resolution, secure data exchange, as well as client support.
The hardware maintenance is provided locally by our partner AVT for faster and better service levels.
