ViaDirect continues its digitalization in Spain thanks to Klépierre Property!
Klépierre, owner and manager of 178 shopping centres in Europe, has once again chosen ViaDirect to digitise one of its centers in Spain: Plenilunio.
As the 2nd largest real estate investment company in Europe, it entrusts ViaDirect with the following solution: design and installation of the ., integration of the hardware, development of the e información e mantenimiento.
Plenilunio is a landmark shopping center located near Madrid Barajas airport. Thanks to its characteristics, location and offer, it receives approximately 12 million visitors per year. Its accessibility by public transport from the city centre is a considerable advantage.
Since 2006, the shopping center has offered a selection of 191 retail and leisure brands, 28 restaurants and a cinema with 13 screens, spread over the 3 levels and 70,684m2 of the complex.
Plenilunio has developed a strong digital relationship with its customers, in order to best meet their expectations and needs.
To complete this investment in the customer experience, the Klépierre group has installed the ViaDirect puestos de orientación in its shopping center.
Each of the kiosks is equipped with :
- A 43’’ high-quality screen
- One VDBox : smart management of electronic equipment (for remote control & maintenance)
- An ultra-slim power i5 7th generation player
- One NFC reader compatible Mifare and one barcode reader
