Viadirect installs its solution in Russia at the Aquarelle Volgograd shopping center
Second mall equipped for Ceetrus in Russia
After having successfully installed the Aquarelle Pushkino Shopping Mall from Ceetrus a week ago, Aquarelle Volgograd is now also equipped with the ViaDirect solution.
Aquarelle Volgograd opened in 2012. It has more than 180 shops and an Auchan hypermarket, for a total shopping mall GLA of 94 000m² (hypermarket of 18 000m²).
Located in the city of Volgograd, in the South of Rusia, close to Kazakhstan and nearby the Volga River, the shopping center owned by Ceetrus now features the Solución ViaDirect working in 11 kiosks in the mall and showing all the important information to ease the visit of the clients.
Ceetrus, more generally, owns in Europe more than 295 locations and greets 1 billion visitors annually. ViaDirect has already been working with Ceetrus for many years.

In the same way, as for the Aquarelle Pushkino center, the software installed in Aquarelle Volgograd displays a 3D map of the shopping center, including the parking, where visitors can consult the information about shops, restaurants, services, etc. thanks to an intuitive and friendly interface matching the mall’s identity.
ViaDirect’s software for this project includes:
- 3D interactive map of the mall with itineraries to each destination
- Alphabetical listing of restaurants, shops, and services with clear location
- A dedicated menu for cinema and leisure with all the destinations
- Step-free itinerary for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
- Display of news, promotions, and events
- Available in English and Russian
