VIADIRECT INSTALLS 2 MULTI-TOUCH WAYFINDING DIRECTORIES IN THE ‘AUCHAN BÉZIERS’ MALL

The installation in Auchan Béziers
El ‘Auchan Béziers’ mall is equipped with 2 wayfinding kiosks with a map and interactive guide. This installation is part of a digitization strategy of the mall where ViaDirect and In-Store Media have collaborated to provide wayfinding kiosks and display advertising.
KIOSKS:
Created by ViaDirect and exploiting the latest technologies in digital display, the ‘Auchan Béziers’ shopping mall has chosen to install 2 “Gazelle’ kiosks with luminous totems. Kiosks offer a very slim and modern design and they respect robustness constraints required in public places:
- Multitouch screen
- HD LED 700 candelas screen
- Ultra-slim and powerful player
- ViaDirect Box: intelligent management of electronic equipment
The two kiosks also have one socket and one USB port for charging phones and so offer more services to the users.
SOFTWARE:
Kiosks are equipped with the interactive wayfinding and information solution of ViaDirect. All kiosks benefit from the software integration. The ViaDirect systems and networks standards are very high and allow perfect security and availability. Operating more than 600 screens, ViaDirect is in charge of outsourcing services and maintenance. ‘Auchan Béziers’ takes advantage of a monitoring and exclusive program developed by our teams.
