Double-screen kiosks for Cap 3000 center
Managed by Altarea Cogedimla interfaz de usuario interactiva Cap 3000 shopping mall chose the ViaDirect interactive solution by installing 8 double-screen kiosks for the information, wayfinding, and loyalty-CRM of the stores and mall.
After installing “Carré de Soie”, “Okabé” and “Qwartz”, Altarea Cogedim, creator and manager of shopping malls, chooses the ViaDirect digital full-service.
Cap 3000, the oldest shopping center in France, has entrusted ViaDirect with the complete implementation of the solution: kiosks design, production and installation, and design, hardware integration, software, and maintenance. The double-screen kiosks installed are similar to those deployed in “Rives de l’Orne”, “Haute-Pierre” and “Qwartz” malls.
KIOSKS:
ViaDirect deployed 16 kiosks for Cap 3000: 8 “Trombone” double-screen kiosks. The “Trombone” kiosk has been designed and produced by ViaDirect, and is composed of:
- A 40’’ multi touch screen with the ViaDirect wayfinding software
- A 22’’ multi touch screen with the enrollment application specially developed by ViaDirect with the business platform of Altarea Cogedim
- A totem with an NFC reader, barcode reader compatible with smartphones’ screens, and three loyalty card distributors
The ViaDirect team worked particularly on the ergonomics in order to maximize the conversion rate. Altarea Cogedim entrusted the design and production of the kiosk but also the technical hardware selection and installation to ViaDirect. We also take care of monitoring and maintenance.
SOFTWARE:
Each “Trombone” comprises 2 digital screens, one for guidance and information and one for loyalty programs.
The loyalty application enables users to sign up and edit their information. The enrolment then creates a loyalty card to access promotions, mall services (babysitting, free car park, …) and to participate in contests.
The other standard features of ViaDirect are deployed:

- Search stores by topic or by alphabetical order
