ViaDirect completes its 4th installation in Singapore by equipping the business district Mapletree Business City!
Leader in the wayfinding market, ViaDirect has been operating in Singapore since 2016 with projects implemented at Singapore Post Center, NIE University, Alexandra Retail Center, e Parkway Parade.
As a large business district in Singapore, Mapletree Business City is now equipped with ViaDirect’s wayfinding 12 interactive directories.
Mapletree Business City (“MBC”) is one of Singapore’s largest business districts. Spread over 2.9 million square feet of office, business park and retail space, as well as entertainment facilities such as a gym, swimming pool and daycare centre, it exceeds the needs of modern businesses.
In addition, the complex has a pleasant outdoor environment, with an ecological pond and lush natural landscapes.
The design and sustainable features of the MBC have been recognized with several prestigious local and international awards.
The purpose of this project is to inform e guía the employees of various companies and visitors through the numerous buildings of the business district.
To enrich the user experience, ViaDirect provides a wide range of services through the wayfinding application:

- 3D map oriented to the users’ view that easily guide them to their desired destinations

Both companies ensure that both hardware e e información work properly 24/7. ViaDirect provides comprehensive remote software monitoring services and mantenimiento that is shared with its Singaporean partner Ascenstar, who can provide further timely hardware maintenance and on-site support when necessary.
