ViaDirect is announcing a 2nd mall installation in Colombia
After Manizales, ViaDirect is announcing a 2nd mall installation in Colombia, in the city of Chía.
Shopping mall Fontanar Chía is now equipped with two 3D wayfinding interactive kiosks. Manufactured in Colombia, the two pieces of furniture belong to the ViaDirect classic Pad design. They encapsulate two 43’’ touchscreens with tempered glass, resistant enough against occasional vandalism. The two Pads are respectively posted on the 1st and 2nd floor of a mall that has 3 floors and an under floor.
Opened in 2015, the Fontanar Chía mall belongs to a new generation of shopping malls concentrated on consumer experiences and digitalisation of retail spaces in Colombia.
Situated in the Cundinamarca, 30 km north of Bogotá capital, Chía city has been built 8400 feet above sea level and has around 130 000 inhabitants.
Fontanar Chía is operated by Cimento, a real estate company born from the alliance between Guatemalan Spectrum real estate company and Colombian manufacturer Amarillo. Cimento has a strong presence in Colombia and Central America.
