NEW INSTALLATION OF VIADIRECT’S INTERACTIVE KIOSKS FOR KLÉPIERRE: BEAULIEU SHOPPING CENTER IS EQUIPPED

The main European actor specialized in shopping centers, Klépierre property has once again selected ViaDirect and digitized Beaulieu mall. The largest shopping center in the Nantes area, the gallery has more than 120 shops on a surface of 43,700 m².
Expert in 3D wayfinding, ViaDirect manufactured and installed 4 directories with 40 ” screen designed and dedicated to the mall; with a specific form of furniture representing a “B”.
SOFTWARE :
The interactive directories are equipped with the ViaDirect wayfinding solution with a design exclusive to Klépierre for its shopping centers. The solution showcases 3 different types of content:
Map:
- 3D multi-floor interface guiding customers in real time
- Shops research by name or categories
- Restaurants research
- Opening hours
Mall:
- Good deals (updated through Web Services)
- Mall’s mobile application promotion
- Gift card and loyalty card information
Information:
- Road traffic in real time
- Public transport schedules
At the end of a tender process including the hardware, the equipment, the software and maintenance, Klépierre Group decided to entrust ViaDirect for the interactive directories from January 2015. Shopping malls already equipped are:
