Carmila, Property Management company, specialized in shopping malls close to a Carrefour hypermarket in Europe, continues the digitalization of its properties initiated years ago.
After successful ViaDirect installations in a few malls (Chambourcy, Grand Var, Montesson, Bay 2, Bab 2, Labège 2…), ViaDirect is glad to finalize a new project with Carmila for a complete installation of 6 kiosks in the Cité Europe shopping mall located in Coquelles (close to Calais).
ViaDirect is pleased to finalize a new project with Carmila for a complete installation of 6 kiosks in the Cité Europe shopping center located in Coquelles (near Calais) in Francia.
Cité Europe is based in the Pas-de-Calais department, near the Eurotunnel terminal and the A163 freeway, and is the largest shopping center in the Hauts-de-France region. The shopping center has 130 stores, mixing French and international brands. You can find many clothing, beauty and accessory stores, but also restaurants and fast food outlets. Other leisure activities are also offered in this complex, such as a cinema, the Carrefour hypermarket, a playground containing bowling, billiards, and arcade games.
The kiosk’s software features includes :
- UI based on the identity of Camila and the mall
- Real-time wayfinding in a 3D environment
- Search stores by name and topic
- Mall services
- News (discounts)
- Marking and transportation
- Sending route via text messages
- Etc.
Maintenance :
