Carrefour Nice Lingostière renews its trust in ViaDirect
Carmila, Property Management company, specialized in shopping malls close to a Carrefour hypermarket in Europa, continues the process of digitalization of its properties.
El Carrefour Nice Lingostière shopping center, located on Boulevard du Mercantour, has more than 100 stores, including the Carrefour hypermarket. It also offers many other services to be as useful as possible to its customers. You can find spaces related to travel, banking, entertainment, flower stores as well as restaurant spaces or a pharmacy and photo booths.
In order to be the most suitable to receive its customers, Carrefour Nice Lingostière has optimized its kiosks so that they best meet the different needs.
After successful ViaDirect installations in a few malls (Chambourcy, Grand Var, Montesson, Bay 2, Bab 2, Labège 2), ViaDirect upgraded the existing installation at the centro comercial Carrefour Nice Lingostière installed years ago with two new kiosks “Gazelle” and the new version of its software: the V4.
MAINTENANCE :
The benefits retained by Carmila also rely on the expertise of ViaDirect about mantenimiento : guarantee of incident management to H+2 and the resolution at J+1 of most incidents thanks to real-time monitoring of the state of all equipment.
Viadirect optimized its e información and worked on it so that it would represent the entire shopping mall, using colors and a unique organization. Some features have also been implemented or improved, forming the new version of the Software de orientación e información.
