ViaDirect equips the Arras center
After equipping five shopping malls with the ViaDirect solution, Immochan, the commercial ground rent working for the Auchan shopping malls, is digitizing the Arras center.
The kiosks design of the ‘Haute-Pierre‘, ‘L’îlo‘ and ‘Semécourt‘ shopping malls, was made to measure then produced with technical support from ViaDirect which also provided the hardware and produced the kiosk.
Furniture comes from the ‘Happy life’ range already installed in ‘Maison Neuve’ and “Auchan La Couronne” shopping malls in France. Each kiosk is produced by ViaDirect with high and strict respect for our quality, design, and manufacture commitments.
THE KIOSK:
For this shopping mall, Immochan has chosen a 22” multitouch kiosk which is designed for little spaces and proposed at a fair price.
THE SOFTWARE:
In addition, the standard ViaDirect features were implemented:
- A 3D map that guides people in real-time
- A multi-touch multi-floor map
- Web Services for updating’s
- Search by topics or destination arranged in alphabetical order, transports, parking, and center’s services
- Display of information and promotion
- Possibility of sending the itinerary by text
- Interfaz de usuario animada
- Constant monitoring of the directories and problem resolution in 24h
Immochan noticed the ability of ViaDirect to work by Web Service for the entire content (offers, shops, pictures,…), allowing a perfect synchronization between the Web, the Mobile and the interactive kiosks while designed in an asynchronous way (locally stocked data) in order to maintain an equal service quality whatever the Internet access.
