ROMANIA: THE ‘CORESI’ SHOPPING MALL IN BRAŞOV IS EQUIPPED WITH 3 DIGITAL DIRECTORIES

ViaDirect in Romania
ViaDirect settles in Romania and equips the ‘Coresi’ shopping center in Brasov with 3 interactive information and wayfinding kiosks. This installation is a new step in the international development of ViaDirect, which has distributors in 15 countries and offices in Taiwan and Mexico.
Immochan, Auchan real estate branch, has already entrusted 8 French shopping malls to ViaDirect in order to meet their orientation’s needs. At the same time, the company chose ViaDirect for its concept of interactive children’s playground installed in several malls, including the ‘Sun Art Plaza’ shopping center in China (Shanghai).
ViaDirect supplied its kiosk/mobile/web multichannel solution to Immochan for this 10th installation. We provided an SDK integration toolkit to the developers of the website and mobile apps.
KIOSKS:
The three 40’’ wayfinding kiosks installed are similar to those implanted in Bretigny-sur-Orge. The design comes from the “Happy Life” range devoted to Immochan. They respect robustness constraints required in public places while providing the ViaDirect latest technologies.
SOFTWARE:
The digital directories are equipped with the ViaDirect Mall intuitive software:
- A multi-touch map
- A 3D map that guides people in real-time
- Search stores by alphabetical order or topics
- Display of promotions and news in Web Services
- Mall services
- Aparcamientos y transportes
ViaDirect provided the 2D map in HTML 5 for the website of the mall. The website users can search through shops their itinerary from the mall entrances.
The mall’s mobile applications have also been able to integrate the map and the destinations’ search with a route through the ViaDirect multichannel platform.
