Hammerson equips the 8th mall
Hammerson, a property management company part of the 10 European Leaders in commercial real estate, chose once again the ViaDirect wayfinding interactive solution to digitize the Saint-Sébastien shopping mall, recently renovated, in Nancy.
Since 2013, Hammerson has entrusted ViaDirect to implant information touch screens in 8 malls: Place des Halles, Espace Saint Quentin, O’Parinor , Italie Deux, Les Terrasses du Port, Jeu de Paume, e Nicetoile.
KIOSKS:
The installation in Saint-Sébastien is composed of 5 40’’ kiosks, designed by the company Minale Design Stratégie and manufactured by ViaDirect. The kiosks are respecting criteria of quality, design, and manufacturing of our products, as well as exploiting the latest technologies:

- Touch technology latest generation
- VD Box: smart control electronics equipment
- Ultra-slim and i7 6th generation powerful player
ViaDirect has also set up one 55’’ dynamic display broadcasting events and promotions in the mall’s reception.
SOFTWARE:
The kiosks are equipped with ViaDirect’s information and wayfinding solution and managed by a powerful back-end system:
- 3D orientation multi-floors in real-time
- Search shops by name and categories
- Location services
- “Advertising” spaces dedicated to the gift card and to the mobile app of the shopping mall
- Archaeology in the city
- Infrastructure around the center
- Transportation and parking
MAINTENANCE :
The services selected by “Saint Sébastien” also rely on ViaDirect expertise regarding maintenance.
The VDBox, associated with the VD Monitor software, allows to remotely control electronic equipment and ensures the security of data exchange, the supervision of installation, and outsourcing. This device ensures a support incident to H+2 and the resolution D+1 of most incidents thanks to the location-based supervision of the state of all equipment.
