ViaDirect equips the Carrefour Limbiate shopping mall, our 23rd mall in Italy.
ViaDirect, the leader in 3D interactive guidance solutions, continues to equip Italian shopping centers with the installation of a new Carrefour shopping center in the town of Limbiate.
With a population of 35,000, Limbiate is located in the Lombardy region, just 30 km north of Milan.
A large-scale project, the shopping center was clad in an innovative material, glued laminated timber, to adapt to any shape and curvature. A construction that uses the “C” in the name of Carrefour in three dimensions and gives this place an innovative architectural dimension. A project that took 9 months to complete in 2006.
Since then, the center has continued to invest in its innovation.
Propiedad de Carrefour and managed by Cushman & Wakefield, the shopping center, which has around 92 shops and 12 restaurants, was equipped in 2014 with 4 digital wayfinding kiosks displaying the ViaDirect 3D guidance system and a complete gift card system to build customer loyalty.
