ViaDirect equips the mall Jaude
ViaDirect pursues its digitizing policy of Klépierre malls in France with a seventh center: Jaude is equipped with 5 interactive directories to inform and guide through 136 stores.
Owned by Klépierre, the second-largest real estate investment in Europe, Jaude enjoys a regional presence in the center of France and welcomes more than 13 million shoppers each year.
The furniture:
The installation in Jaude consists of 5 wayfinding kiosks with barcodes and NFC readers. Made entirely of Corian, the kiosks are designed exclusively for the Klépierre group. They are equipped with the latest display and multitouch technologies.
Our software:
The kiosks are equipped with ViaDirect information and interactive wayfinding solutions. The software and content design are customized to Klépierre’s shopping mall requirements. The application showcases 3 different types of content:
Map:
- Real-time 3D wayfinding maps and itineraries
- Search stores through alphabet or categories
- Search restaurants and services available in the mall
- Sending route via text message
Mall:
- Good deals (updated through Web Services)
- Events
- Advertising of the mall’s mobile application
- Information on gift card and loyalty card
- Services
Information and cinema:
- Timetables of the movies available in the mall
- Road traffic in real time
- Public transport schedules
