After Patio Santa Fe, Patio Universidad, Galerías Diana, Gran Patio Patria e Samara in 2016, the most important Mexican property owner Fibra Uno chooses again ViaDirect and installs 19 interactive directories to guide and inform the visitors from these 4 malls: Plaza Cumbres, Galerias Valle Oriente, Chihuahua Fashion Mall e Patio Querétaro.
ViaDirect offers a unique experience for consumers thanks to the VD Mall and VD Media solutions.
DIRECTORIES:
The 19 interactive kiosks have a 55” vertical screen, enabling comfort of use and maximum readability. They have been manufactured by our Mexican partner Kolo, ensuring responsiveness on the hardware maintenance, and promoting the local expertise.
From Paris, ViaDirect supervises in real time the operation of the kiosks and provides technical support acquired after 7 years of operating dozens of sites with its local partner.
THE SOFTWARE:
The 3D multi-floor interface guides customers in real-time while offering features dedicated to each shopping mall’s needs:

- Restaurantes
- Discovering the center through pictures
- Cinema and entertainment
- Promotions in real-time and directions to the related store
- Itinerary sent by text
The combination of the ViaDirect wayfinding solution with the advertising display solution VD Media makes the installation for Plaza Cumbres, Galerias Valle Oriente, Chihuahua Fashion Mall, and Patio Querétaro malls profitable.
ViaDirect gives its customers the possibility to manage the display of their images and video content contextually within the application. The malls can now offer advertising space to the shops with multi-criteria planning on the kiosks.
