Klépierre’s Portet Mall near Toulouse is using 4 ViaDirect interactive wayfinding kiosks
Near Toulouse, shopping mall Klépierre’s Portet is using 4 ViaDirect quioscos interactivos to guide its customers.
Located in the Occitania region in the Haute-Garonne department, 20 minutes South of Toulouse, capital of Occitania, the biggest shopping mall of the area started its activity in 1972 as a Carrefour hypermarket.
Remodeled several times since, notably with the creation of a retail shopping center around the Carrefour banner, the new ensemble is baptized « Centre commercial Portet » before being totally renovated in 2017.
The new mall is now operating on 49,000 m2 of retail surface, 111 brands that each ViaDirect kiosk can easily locate, and 4,200 parking spaces. Four regional bus lines also drive and stop there.
ViaDirect has been equipping the Real Estate Group Klépierre’s malls with its 3D wayfinding solutions since 2015.
Thanks to this renewed trust, the Portet sur Garonne mall works with 4 interactive kiosks with furniture specially designed by ViaDirect for Klépierre’s managed mall.
Besides 3D guidance e orientación services suited to the needs of Portet shopping mall, ViaDirect has delivered for the first time on their kiosks a full interactive fidelity program for the customers’ mall. Thematic games also allow you to participate in every animation activity during holidays like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter Holiday…
