VIADIRECT IS PRESENT IN MULTIPLE SHOPPING CENTERS IN EUROPE BELONGING TO THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY SCC
ViaDirect has equipped between 2017 and 2019 SCC shopping centers in the following countries.
In Spain ViaDirect is present in 6 SCC shopping centers:
- Loranca 2 is equipped with 2 wayfinding kiosks, this shopping center located in Madrid has 88 shops on a surface of 45 500m2
- Plaza Norte 2 is equipped with 5 wayfinding kiosks, this shopping center located in the north-east of Madrid occupies a surface area of 147,920m2 and has almost 200 shops
- Plaza Rio 2 located in Madrid has installed 7 wayfinding kiosks and 1 Welcome Desk to welcome visitors. This shopping center covers an area of 128,000m2 and has 160 shops.
- Gran Plaza 2 in Madrid has 5 wayfinding kiosks and 190 shops for a surface area of 79,800m2.
- Gran Via 2 located in Barcelona has 6 orientation kiosks, 200 shops for a surface area of 54 582m2.
- Plaza Mar 2 in Alicante, one of the most touristic cities in Spain, is equipped with 2 wayfinding kiosks and has 120 shops on a surface of 162,000m2
In France ViaDirect is present in 3 SCC shopping centres:
- Feuilleraie in Trélissac, near Périgueux has 2 wayfinding kiosks, 53 shops and a surface area of 22 500m2.
- Evry 2 in Evry in the south-east of Paris now has 5 wayfinding kiosks and 1 Welcome Desk, this shopping centre covers an area of 12,5000 with 200 shops.
- Saint Genis 2 located in Saint Genis Laval in the metropolis of Lyon has 2 wayfinding kiosks, 100 shops, and a surface area of 34,319m2.
In Belgium ViaDirect is present in 1 SCC shopping centre:
- Ville 2 in Charleroi, a French-speaking city in the Walloon region is equipped with 2 wayfinding kiosks, this shopping center has 120 shops on a surface area of 29 000m2.
All kiosks and Welcome Desks are made of Corian®, the material of choice of architects and designers for its remarkable durability, resistance, and aesthetics.
ViaDirect Software
El ViaDirect software developed for the SCC’s shopping centers integrates the following functionalities:
- Shop search by category (beauty & health, food & beverages, gifts & souvenirs, leisure…)
- Búsqueda por nombre y orden alfabético
- Display of current events and promotions
- Search of the parking space used by the visitor in the Plaza Rio 2 shopping centre equipped with a SmartParking solution
- Interface adapted and translated into local languages according to the shopping centers
- As well as in some centers, real-time display of cinema programmes and transport information nearby
