ViaDirect equips Mundo E center in Mexico
Following the opening of the Mexico City regional office in 2015, ViaDirect is increasing its installations in the country. Antea, the second largest center in Latin America, and nine shopping centers owned by Fibra Uno, the largest Mexican commercial property company, are already equipped.
Frisa is the third operator of Mexican shopping centers to trust us by installing 12 terminals 3D orientation in Mundo E center.
THE SOFTWARE:
Mundo E has selected a range of geolocalized and connected services to enrich the visitor experience:
- Search stores, parking, restaurants, and services by category and alphabetic order
- Real-time 3D orientation to the desired destination
- Available promotions and orientation to the related store
- Shopping center events
- QR Code to social networks
TERMINALS:
The 12 touch terminals feature a 55 “vertical screen for ease of use and maximum legibility. They were manufactured by our Mexican partner Kolo in order to guarantee optimal reactivity on hardware maintenance and realize the potential of local know-how.
ViaDirect brings to its partner the tools of supervision and the expertise of outsourcing and tactile devices acquired on hundreds of devices for 7 years.
